Just the act of moving your precious body is an act of gratitude, a thank-you for being here on this earth.
So especially if you’re bored with writing out gratitude lists,
Or if you’re more stressed than inspired these days,
Do a gratitude dance instead.
Dance to shake off the pain or frustration,
Dance to work out,
Dance to work,
Dance to have fun,
Dance to express your love,
Dance for a loved one.
