pausing to make space

"But if you have nothing at all to create, then perhaps you create yourself." ~ Carl Jung

Join me this week in taking a pause.

Reflect on where you've been and where you are right now, rather than trying to push forward and create more stuff.

Make space in your home by cleaning out and donating old clothes or furniture.

Make space in your body and mind by eating good things and thinking good thoughts.

Let go of what you need to.

As part of practicing all of that this week, I'll keep it simple and share some insights and resources I've created that could help you along in your spring cleaning process.

When you take the time to pause and clean out, you'll be surprised at how much easier the action becomes.

Making Space Meditation

Listen to this on a couch or somewhere comfy. It will help you clear your mind and free up your creative channel!
